yep im staying here an extra day.... was gonna lave today but as it turns out... yesterday was the first day of the Bohemia Jazz Festival. FREE. in the old town sqare right here in town. Yesterday's headliner was the John Scotfield Trio!! AMAZING! and im staying today to see.... you guessed it..... VICTOR WOOTEN BAND. yes i will see victor wooten play tonight inprague. yes, in prague. for free.
so thats pretty much what happened yesterday. didnt have much of a plan. a few ideas.. then oh, hello there... a giant stage. live jazz music. what could be better? well the weather could have been.. its been cloudy and rainy since i got here... and on the cold side for the clothing i packed, but im working it out.
after the concert we hiked up the hill and had a picnic as we overlooked the entire city at night. it was gorgeous. we were going to go to the beergarten afterwards, but how can you top live jazz followed by that magnificent view? its not a trick question. the answer is that you cannot. so we went home and went to bed.
still need to buy a pair of pants.
