ok, i know that i am like over 3 weeks behind on starting this blog, and hopefully now that i am starting it, ill try to keep it up.. well first thing is that you have to just deal with the typos and spelling mistakes... every country has some keys mixed up and trying to correct it really slows me down... like right now im in croatia and the z's and y's are switched... never knew how much i used those letters till now... so forgive the mistakes cuz im just gonna type away and not look back... until now its clean but oh you're about to see....
so here's the short wrap up:
Dublin - just had about 10 hours there on a stop over en route to barcelona. took a bus to the main part of town and headed to an area called the temple bar. after sitting in an internet cafe for like 10 minutes i met some aussies that dragged me to the pub... zes at like 11 am.. to start drinkin pints... i made it back to the airport alittle bit buyyed to saz the least...
Barcelona - stazed waz too short. met some cool people in the hostel from liverpool and south wales. thez wrode bmx bikes and were bad ass! thez talked like the beatles and thought i introduced mzself as "Random," instead of brandon. it stuck.... spent two dazs on the beach with them and co. met one of the most interesting girls i ever met from germany. she wrote stuff all over my arm with her pen and magic marker. went clubbing with some canadians i met on the beach. stazed out all night till i had to catch the earlz train to Nice, France.
Nice - Hostel was cool but far from town. spent mz first daz hangin out just by mzself and it was reallz cool. randomlz found an old jewish cemetary. took lots of pics. took a daz trip to monaco with some canadians and guzs from oregon that i reallz didnt like at all. but saw some amaying cars and chilled at the beach
Cinque Terra, Italy - did an amaying hike. watched eurocup games. met some great guzs from chicago who i will hopefullz hang with when i get back there.
Florence - saw David, snuck a pic and got it perfect! went to uffizzi gallery and wasnt impressed. turns out i dont care much for rennassance art. loved the architecture of the citz. watched the sunset from the piazzale michelangelo with a bottle of chianti wine. its tuscan red wine. yum. hostel was kinda lame cuy it was trzing waz too hard to be cool. what i mean bz that is kind of hard to explain now. but met some nice canadian girls who i ended up taking a daz trip with to Pisa to see the tower, on mz waz to .......
Rome - Was starting to get alittle sick towards the end of florence so i didnt have alot of energz in rome. still i was able to see the colleseum, forum, palatine hill, pantheon, trevi fountain, tons of different plazas.... went to bed earlz everz night to get rest and get healthz. did so much walking. got mz beard trimmed bz an italian barber. didnt do a great job so i borrowed a scissors from the hostel to fix it... --- ok zeah somehow i found that important enough of a detail in my summarz of mz Roman experience...
Naples - if i had a bomb i would use it on the train station there. if i had multiple bombs it would use them on everz single person that worked there. if i was strong and daring enough i would just go back and strangle them. or punch them in the eye or just stamp on their big toes real hard and run away. thez gave the worst directions ever. but i ate piyya at the oldest piyya... i mean pizza place in the citz.. like over 100 zears. damn good. saw the ruins of pompeii. amaying. hostel i stazed at was also trzing to be too cool. but i met a girl there who actuallz IS cool, and we went and stazed at camp site in sorrento the next night. spent 2 dazs together. went to the amalfi coast as a daz trip. wish i'd have stazed longer. sort of miss her....
Bari - southeast coast of italy, just went there to catch an overnight ferrz to...
Croatia - I'm here now! on the way to the ferry i met a brother and sister who i ended up following to the place where thez had a room reserved to see if the hosts had another one. thez did and i had mz own room for the first time and it was right in the center of town. Dubrovnik.. beautiful citz. 3 of us island hopped for 3 dazs. jumped off cliffs. sweated our balls off. danced into the wee hours of the night. they moved on to bosnia and i went to Split 2 nights ago. now im in Hvar, an island off of split. im gonna stay here for another 2 nights at least. maybe even 4. the water is so clear. it lookes like a swimming pool on the floor of the ocean in certain parts. im getting verz tan.
--------------- i left out about a million bayyilion.. i mean bazzzzzilion things... but its all in mz travel journal. mazbe ill have time to go back and catch up more later. mz feeling is that there will be so manz more things happening that will be more exciting for me to write about as thez happen... i feel like this has been a generallz bland blog. it will get better!
oh and as for the title of the blog... mazbe ill get to explaining it later... or mazbe u can figure it out for zourselves!
